Toxicity

Have you dealt with toxic people in your life? This past year I’ve studied the effects of toxic people. Something I’ve learned is that we ourselves can become toxic to ourselves. “We are our own worst enemy,” so the saying goes. We spend a lot of time believing that we are not enough. “Not being enough” comes in many forms but it all boils down to the same issue we don’t think we’re good enough, talented enough, strong enough or powerful enough. We either compensate by convincing ourselves we are all those things and constantly needing others to reassure us that we are all that and more. Or we allow ourselves to be overcome by believing we are not any of those things and disbelieve those who try to tell us otherwise. Neither is true. We are all enough just as we are. Of course, we can all grow and get better at a variety of behaviors. Toxicity starts inside and can be changed by you with help. NLP Life Coaching can help you heal the past and start living an internally toxic-free life, allowing you to feel you are enough.
